Richard Kirk moves to CEO role at BetterPoints

BetterPoints is pleased to announce that current Executive Chairman Richard Kirk has been appointed as CEO. After nine years at the helm, Founder Daniel Gipple hands over the day-to-day leadership of BetterPoints to focus his time on strategic issues such as business development and investment as well as speaking opportunities.

An experienced business leader and CEO, Richard has extensive experience working with management teams to bring about strong commercial growth. He is a specialist in accelerating performance and bringing the best out of people, process and technology. Richard founded Projectlink plc, a Sunday Times Fast Track company and has a strong track record leading and developing successful organisations – something he has been doing for more than 30 years. 

This important move comes at a time of growth for BetterPoints as we develop our corporate offering with a focus on behaviour change solutions in three key areas: Sustainability, Health & Wellbeing and the Environment. 

BetterPoints Founder, Dan Gipple, said ‘I’m delighted to hand over the day-to-day management of BetterPoints to Richard Kirk.
