“It has been quite a journey, working with BetterPoints for 10 years. I feel privileged to have been able to play a leading role in developing a unique approach and technology that genuinely makes a difference to people’s lives. My role has evolved dramatically from joining as a Programme Manager, to becoming Chief Operating Officer and helping to steward the company through COVID and the launch of our new app, to my current role as Chief Behavioural Scientist. I am excited for the future as our fantastic team continues to grow, our programmes go from strength to strength and our technology evolves to meet the vision I had back in 2015 – to use machine learning to optimise incentives.”
