Are active travel apps measuring the wrong data?

Are active travel apps measuring the wrong data?

At this year’s Modeshift Convention you can hear findings from joint research led by Dr Kate Pangbourne of the University of Leeds into persuasive messaging for active travel.

On 24 November, Dr Pangbourne (associate professor at the Institute for Transport Studies, University of Leeds) and Hannah McCarthy (chief behavioural scientist at BetterPoints) will share findings from their recent research into persuasive messaging for active travel in transport and health apps, and raise questions about the way such messages are evaluated.

Meanwhile, Jack Windle, head of sustainable transport at BetterPoints, will be available for you to talk to throughout the event.

Not got a ticket? Hurry! – ticket sales close on 10 November.
