The Autumn Transport Conference season is kicking off and we’ll be at the heart of it!
The autumn conference season is almost upon us and we’re pleased to say we’ll be at a number of events over the next few weeks.
Firstly, we’ll be attending Walk 21 in Rotterdam, which runs 7-10 October. Walk 21 is the international charity dedicated to ensuring the right to walk and opportunity to enjoy it is supported and encouraged for everyone throughout the world
Chris Bristow, our COO and international lead is representing us. Chris is a former senior executive of technology organisations in the USA, Asia-Pacific and the UK. He co-founded the first ethical/sustainable reward programme in the UK and now leads the day to day running of BetterPoints. Chris will talk about the Bella Mossa programme that we powered in Bologna in 2017 and 2018 – with a particular focus on the walking aspects of the intervention.
Later the same week you’ll find us in Glasgow at the International Healthy Streets Summit. Find us in the exhibition on stand A5 which we’re sharing with one of our Scottish partners, Ansons Consulting. At Healthy Streets we’ll also be taking part in the 14.30 ‘Healthy Streets Lightning Talks’ session on Thursday 10 October where we’ll share share some insights into the air quality project we recently powered in the London Borough of Sutton – our talk is entitled, The Sutton Plan: using a digital app and incentives along with air quality messaging.
Later in October you’ll find us in Liverpool at the Smarter Tomorrow conference and event. Smarter Tomorrow is the new name for the expanded Smarter Travel Live. Since 2012, the Smarter Travel series has brought the integrated mobility sector, innovations, policy, planning and technology together.
At Smarter Tomorrow we’ll be taking part in the Smarter Cities stream with a presentation about the Travelwest Challenge We’ll also be exhibiting – find us on stands K1 & K2 in the Smarter Travel area launching an exciting new initiative – watch this space or sign up to our newsletter for more information!
